Bonnie started daily breathwork practise, to help her with her competitive sport of Weightlifting. Bon was looking for a way to help her body recover as well as keep her mind state level while competing and breathwork came her way. Being on the platform Bon knows too well about the effects of being in an anxious state of mind and not allowing the state to take control.
Bonnie is a mother of two beautiful ladies, and fur mum to Jackson. Bon also runs a Personal Training Business with her husband which not only believes in helping people to become stronger physically but also mentally.
Bonnie's breathwork practises are NLP based, with Bon understanding and knowing which questions to ask to help the practise have a more positive effect on the client.
Not only has breathwork helped Bon on the competitive platform but the practise has also helped her to let go and move on from childhood trauma and unblock the negatives blocks that have stood in her way. Which has allowed her to move on with her life and start to truly live her life for her.
Bonnie has worked with school groups, local small groups and corporate groups, along with one on one sessions to help plant the seed of breathwork and to allow the participants to have the space to explore what works for them when it comes to their mindset.
